<p>Dr. M. L. Swarankar is the Chairman &amp; Managing Trustee, India Education Trust, Sponsoring Body of Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences &amp; Technology, Jaipur. Currently he is Emeritus Chairperson, Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences &amp; Technology, Jaipur. Earlier Dr. M. L. Swarankar has been the Chairperson for six years (from July 21, 2013 to July 10, 2019) of this University - the only residential Medical University in the State of Rajasthan, established under the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Act No. 22 of 2011.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dr. Vikas Chandra Swarankar is a distinguished IVF specialist, gynaecologist and robotic surgeon with expertise spanning reproductive medicine, minimally invasive surgery and advanced surgical care. A Gold Medallist, he holds two Master of Surgery degrees&mdash;MS in Obstetrics &amp; Gynaecology and MS in General Surgery.</p>
